Three bites Blayne
Never finished a meal.
He’d take a bit
Then get upright,
Sitting had no appeal.
Aeroplane pretending in the sky,
Imagining doing a table fly by,
Made meal time that much better
Catching a bite in flying weather.

What can one say about Mondays
That hasn’t already been said?
The thought of sleeping in,
When one has to jump out of bed..
The alarm clock, So unforgiving..
Time to get up and make a living.
Then, daydream about a day off
Sleeping in bed.
